The U of Strength is now offering different group training options to those that prefer the camaraderie with like-minded individuals. No matter your personal goal, The U of Strength has what you need to get to where you want to go. Each group will follow a custom program that is specific to group members’ training goals.
Athletic U
Train like the athlete you once were! This group incorporates sprinting, jumping, throwing, and weight lifting in every session. Programs for this group utilize cutting edge methods and unique exercise progressions. Take your athletic ability to a level you thought was lost years ago. * 2 sessions per week * Each session lasts 60-minutes * Capped at 12 participants |
Fit U
This group is a boot camp like class, best suited for anyone looking to improve his or her body composition, overall strength, and conditioning levels. Beginners to advanced are welcome to the 2 day a week training session that focuses proper exercise progressions that are suitable to your specific training level. Each session will include high intensity body weight exercises and different resistance training tools to help you torch fat. * 2 sessions per week * Each session lasts 60-minutes * Capped at 12 participants |
Stronger U
This is for avid lifters who want to pick heavy things up and put them down. This group focuses primarily on perfecting the big 3 (squat, bench and deadlift) and discovering the proper assistive movements that address weaknesses and sticking points specific to U. The ultimate goal of this group is to maximize PR’s on all 3 lifts and stay healthy throughout the process. * 2-3 sessions per week * Each session lasts 90-minutes * Capped at 8 participants |
