The U of Strength specializes in sport performance training and motor learning for a variety of sports and individual positions. Athletes of any background can reach their utmost potential with the U of Strength. Each individual will receive a customized program design based on his or her own unique training experiences and sporting demands. The focus is on long term athletic development and skill acquisition. Each training session addresses specific weaknesses and maximizing individual strengths. The preparation process will include developing athletic qualities (strength, coordination, power, speed, agility, work capacity, etc.) and learning a wide range of general skills.. Scheduling, training frequency, and program cost is dependent upon skill level and time of year. Programs are organized by age, training level and on a quarterly basis (fall, winter, spring & summer).
